Majoring in Spanish & Nursing....?

Is it possible?? Alot of people say I should just choose one, cause it's too hard and all. But, i really enjoy both. I heard about the BA:Spanish with a Public Service Option (nursing?)
does anyone have any info about it??

I would suggest that you major in Nursing and minor in Spanish. This way you wouldn't be bombarded with two majors, but at the same time utilize both for your occupation. You can satisfy your love for both things. If you become a nurse and can speak Spanish, that would be a plus when you are looking for a job. But it is not quite so the other way around. As a Spanish teacher or other occupation, your nursing skills, although hard-worked for, will not come to much use. Your best bet would probably be to major in Nursing and minor in Spanish--kill two birds with one stone with less of a burden than taking two majors. You will enjoy your job, as you can utilize both your Nursing skills (major) and your Spanish skills (minor). I think that would be your best course of action, and I believe doing it this way will be more beneficial in the long-run. But it is always your choice. I hope you make the right decision, and good luck!

the top guy is right. You will be in high demand and be able to find a job in any city. Good luck
