Someone just stole my truck!My license my insurance info and a copy of nursing license was all in my truck!?

Please help,how can I get a rental and who will decide if my truck is total.My drivers license is in the truck so how will I get a rental?My insurance info is in the truck I'm so nervous.Please help!!!The police just left they act like it's not important.And how long do it usually take b4 they find your vehicle?
