How to deal with a boyfriend who can't accept my job hours?

I have a good job that I like .My hours are unpredicatable.I am a in home nurse.I run the company I work for. I have a boyfriend that can't deal with it.He says he can't rely on me.He has a son(14) in many sports that I can't come to at times.We get along wonderful...eccept for this....oh and I guess one other thing...I have lived w/him for 7 months,but he is dragging his feet to let me move my things into his house.I feel like I can't get comfortable at his home with my things in storage....I can't be me.I have known him for many years,but now that we are dating...it's hard.

Is the 14 year old your son or your boyfriend from a previous relationship ? Don't sacrifice your job or what you like for this guy. You mention you get a long wonderful ? My question is how is such possible when he don't want you to move your things in at his house and in your words dragging his feet.

It is those little things in time that can lead to a break down in the relationship if gone unresolved.

This to me is a Red Flag and you have to be careful from then on as to future happiness with this guy.

Make it an open relationship.
