Home based job in the Philippines?

Hi I am looking for a home based job here in the Philippines. Is there such thing here that is not a scam? I've seen a lot of questions asked about it but the answers weren't that helpful. I am a nurse and it would be great if I'd be able to land as a Medical Transcriptionist or anything related to health care setting. Thanks!
