Finding call center job?

Why is it so hard to get a Job in the call center which I like so much . I have 6mos experience in working in the a call center . As a Medical Billing & Coding, what I did was shedule the correct diagnosis to get the patient approve for surgry. alway 30mins early answer all calls on the first ring never had any complaints about my work from callers Doctors and Nurses. Its just oneday my boss came in one morning with chip on her shoulder with everybody.waited until I got off from work call me on my cell and said I was no longer with the company, Due to speaking loud to an another associate that was it. Will I be able to get another job in the call center . Please help, Female Peaches

yes, u will get another job based on the experience, I've worked in call center jobs for about 4 years, 3 different ones. I got fired one time then just found another. A person with experience have the best chance.

If you want a job in a call center try moving to Charlotte, NC. It seems as if they are the only types of jobs you can get here. Report It

Don't work in call centres!

A huge proportion of call centre staff are depressed and some suicidal. Call centres put pressure on you, like no other job would.

Get a good and fun job that excites you! Your experience can be transferred into something else like working for Medicare in a customer service role (face to face), doing administration at a surgery, or as a receptionist.

Don't stagnate in a call centre. Take control of your life and be something great :)

If you have a choice, do not go into the call center world. However, you state that you like the work. If this is the case, you should not have too much trouble finding a job in any call center.

Some places do want a minimum number of months or years under your belt, but hey have such high attrition that they'll hire just about anyone when things get tough.
