I'm from Czech Republic. I was working as a nurse and receptionist. ANy chance to find here some job?

The U.S. has been recruiting nurses from as far away as the Phillippines. Surely, a well-trained Czech nurse could find work too, but there are naturally a lot of immigration rules to work through first.

Where is 'here' exactly? If its London then theres thousands of jobs like that.
