What is a good job for people in the 40's?

my momm looks young she is a cashier for abt 12 yrs in cvs
she is certified pharmacy tech, a nurse from her country but she cant find a good job, she wants to work in a health field pls help what is a good job that she can look at she is in illinois.

Home Health Care...huge need for it everywhere.

you need an education first - which is something your trashy mother seems not to have

She can do anything. Forty is not even old. Maybe she could get certified as a pharmacy tech in America. She could go to school to become a nurse. She could work in a nursing home. There are many options. Her age doesn't matter.

Has she ever considered working from home?
Does she know the basics about how to use a computer?
It's a tremendous opportunity for a lot of people.
