Would you agree that changing diapers for a baby and feeding him should be considered a woman's job?

I definately think so because of the simple obvious facts. First off, the mother feeds the baby the first nine months on the inside of her body, and she still needs to feed him after he is born. This is evidenced by the fact that women have teats for nursing. In addition since women make the babies, it is only logical that they clean up after them as well. Most importantly, feeding babies and changing their diapers provides wonderful bonding between the mother and child. Men should not steal this cherished oppurtunity away from them. I think that if a mother (or adopted mother) is really sick and no wet nurse can be found, then it would be alright for a man to help feed the baby with a bottle and change a diaper or two. However, this still should definately be considered a woman's job by default. Agreed?

You've got teats focker can you milk him?

NO

no

Nope. You help MAKE them, you help RAISE them. This includes diaper duty mister. ;o)

I've never done it. I'm 29, married and I don't want kids. The real question here is, if a man marries a woman and they have kids...why shouldn't he help with changing the diapers? It's his kid too. I think saying it's a "woman's job" is just admitting to severe weakness.

OMG dude. I'm not even gonna go there.

You spelled definitely wrong.

(:

I think I'll change the baby and use yer hand as a wipe....

When you were a baby, your mom dropped you on your head.

Um.....no I don't think so.

whatever, as long as YOU aren't reproducing...

Oh baby, you know many women do, somebody has to stick around an care for the baby. and a lot (not all Ive got one of the good one that did) of men cant seem to do that. But you know your still going to have my babies

if it's a womans "job" then she should get paid for it. what generation are you from? Yes we carry the baby and deliver it, but that doesn't mean you cannot help out in some way. Unless she is breastfeeding (which by the way you can pump and bottle feed), men should help out equally.

I think you are a Weeny and you're scared to change a stinky diaper and feed the baby. If it's your baby, then YOU helped her get into this situation, so it's your responsibility also.....step up to the plate and be a man!

I feel sorry for you, with that attitude dont worry, you wont have any, and non of that either,,, Girls am I right?

Not if a father wants anything to do with the kid. It shouldn't be considered strictly a woman's job, they probably go through enough carrying it for 9 months then actually giving birth. They need all the help they can get. And fathers/partners should be supportive and pull their weight, the kid is half theirs afterall.

I only agree that breastfeeding is the more natural and superior method of feeding a baby. The rest is garbge.

Changing diapers is a parent's job.

No. It took two to make it and it takes two to raise it.

no! cant the kid bond with the man too??? you just want to be lazy and not do it!

I must be a psychic cuz' I knew it was you as soon as I read the question.

You don't have kids do you? I seriously doubt any woman would want you that close to her.

Nice try, but wrong. When I have children I will change every diaper that I can...and I'm good looking.

Sounds like your making excuses and that your lazy. Men need to bond with there children and also take responsibility for them; that includes changing diapers and feeding them. Mothers need a break to, so men need to do their part as well.

Hey man! Im an man and if I ever have kids,
I would want to be there just as much as the mother..

I will agree to that if we can agree that it is man's job to change the grandparents diapers. Besides. . . .I thought it was God who made babies. He only uses a womans body as the vessel.

No, thats what we have men for!

NO, THAT'S NOT A WOMEN JOB ONLY. ITS A MAN JOB TOO. BECAUSE IT DONT TAKE ONE PERSON TO MAKE A BABY.

it took both of you to make him.and it will take both of you to raise him so why not change him and feed him..its not unmanly

WHICH CAVE DID YOU CRAWL OUT OFF?

It is the PARENTS' job to look after a child. That means both the mother AND the father.
It takes two to make a baby and it takes two to raise a child. Both parents should have equal responsibilities.

I hate babies. They're full of crap. Literally.
