What is a well paid job in the healthcare business?

What is a well paid job in the healthcare business ranging from nurses to consutants??? Give me loads please!!!!

physician's assistants and nurse practitioners make good money but there is a lot of schooling involved.

well-paid job? as compared to what?

It's not what you make, it's what you get to keep.

It all depends on how long you want to go to school for. A radio tech requires a 2yr. degree or less and in MO they make around 40,000 a yr. A RN makes I believe 50-60,000 but I think its 4yrs of school. A radiologist (what Im gonna go to school for) takes 8 yrs and they make 330-345,000 a yr.

The Administrators in hospitals such as Health Information Technology (Med Records) make very good money. They actually make more than nurses, and the training is pretty much the same as a nurse's. There's Med. Coders- their pay range is about $20.00 an hour or more depending on skills/experience. RHIT (Coding, and various med tech jobs) requires a 2 year degree, and RHIT (medical administration) requires a 4 year degree. Both RHIA and RHIT have to pass the big certification test upon completion of schooling, and have to keep ongoing Continuing Educations in order for their certification to remain valid.
