Worse Job Interview mistakes!? |
Ok Recruitment people and HR staff, this is your chance to vent! Tell us which memorable job "interviewee" stands out as the worse applicant ever? On an applications a guy answered the "Who should we call in the event of an emergency?" He said "The Police" What Number? He said "911"!!! I tripped and fell infront of a panel of people who were about to interview me a few years ago. I tried to laugh it off but i really hurt myself and was so upset. About five minutes into the disasterous interview i just got up and left then started crying!! I didn't get the job....... I once told an interviewer that I was lazy and would just do the bare minimum required to do the job. I work in Human Resources and interview people all the time. The worst candidate that I have was when I person actually asked me out on a date during the interview.... SHE MIGHT HAVE BEEN AN EMPOYEE WHO BROUGHT ALOT OF JOY INTO THE LIVES OF THOSE OLD MEN! HA. Someone came in my office for an interview wearing summer clothes in the middle of December and when i asked them have you ever lied to get a job the woman said Yes. Iwas suprised that someone could actually admit that. Then i asked her why and she said because she needed a job to work her finaces. Then as she was going out she fell over the chair and landed head down. |
