Should we file a complaint against my husbands job to D.A.D.S. and the E.E.O.C.? |
My husband works his butt off at work. They give him all kinds of trouble at work. They leave him short handed at work. He once got sick had to go to the hospital his worked until was dehyrated and so damn tired. Now they are upset about his uniform cloths. His is a Certified Nurse Aide. I been to his work they need new beds and wheelchairs. Basically they need a whole new nursing home cause it so crappy. They treat there employees with respect. Cause they can not keep employees at his job for very long. I am just so tired of him being treated like crap at his job. They are also disrimanating at his job. Please give very helpful answers ok. They causing him alot of stress that is uncalled for on there part. Alot of his fellow co-workers feel the same way. It is getting really bad at job. Everyone is upset about all things going on at the nursing home. Something has to be done about it. I meant they do not treat the employees with respect. I would File with the EEOC for the discrimination., but i would also consider filing a complaint with your local board of health, who will then escalate it to the next level, chances are if they're treating their employees this way, the patients are not being treated very well either. sounds like your husband should get a new job. About 20 years ago I took a job at a nursing home...it lasted one night....I couldn't stomach the conditions there and the lack of respect people had for one another. You could try filing a complaint...but honestly I don't think it would do any good. Friggen cry babies! .If he does'nt like his job, then he should get a better one ,damn-it! There is no infrastructure for a man to file with the EEOC unless he is a minority. If he's white, forget it, if he's male in the nursing field..REALLY FORGET IT. If he is so unhappy he should look for another job. try applying to some area hospitals, they are always looking for new cna's.If he doesn't like his job its time to find a new one |
