Health systems management vs. nursing?

i was wondering which of these jobs is more rewarding to get into in terms of job prospects and income. i wanted to get into nursing but it is so hard to get into with all the waiting lists. So i wanted to chooses B.S in health systems management instead. is it a good option?

does anybody have any idea about this question? please help

nursing is much better since nurses now has a good salary.....You can apply easily if ur a nurse.......
