I have plan to go Nursing this year, but I have very low grade in English that I think that is the first qualification when you enroll Nursing. But then that鈥檚 the only way to get job here in Saudi. I鈥檓 residing in Riyadh right now with a dependent visa and I can鈥檛 get job here unless you are qualified Nurse. I to am a first year Nursing student, however I work the Nursing Dept. @ a local hospital (1yr )and mostly science and math are important. I addition to A&P. Converting numbers for the approiate IV levels and a good knowlege of the human body and how it works but you ahead in case of of the medical reactions, etc. Most words in on patients charts are abrievated so I suggest meet competency and If nessary continue later in english. If you can communitcate what the patient needs and what you'll do, I think you shoud do fine. |

This is important because paitents are nervous... In the United States, job opportunities for nurses regardless of their gender are plenty. If you got a degree from another cuntry, you may need to pass a test and get licensed to practice in the US... there are many many jobs for lna's in the united states, nursing homes are always looking for lna's ... |
