Best Options for Nursing in N.Y.C.? Any Precautions or Advice?

I want to obtain an A.S. or B.A. in nursing in N.Y.C. I have a few questions: How prevalent are the risk factors in nursing (such as accidently pricking your finger with an infected needle?) Also, would I be able find a job with an A.S. in nursing in NY? What are some accelerated B.A. programs (for non-licensed, brand new nursing students?) Are the classes very tough? Thanks in advance.

You have to be careful to prevent pricking your finger. It is called universal precautions. You can find a job anywhere in America with an A.S. Nursing is tough! It doesn't matter what state you live in!
