How can an American nurse practioner get a job in the UK?

Are there different standards
between American and British nurses?

well first of all you will need a British approved degree BSc in nursing etc and then a visa if you are a non- UK resident. afterthis visit you local NHS hospital or look for recruitment in you local area. Some NHS trusts may accept your American qualification, but British Nurses are the highest trained worldwide so this may be competitive.

I wish you the Best of look
