What are the chances of a person who had tb of getting a job as a nurse in the US?

the person was diagnosed with ptb and underwent medical treatment. his regular xrays reveal ptb was treated.

Not very good.

Probably none.

You can still can a job being a nurse if you have had TB in the past. As long as you had treatment and a having a negative chest xray. Your skin test could still come back postive but the chest xray is the way to know if it's still there. Also to send sputum (flem) samples to a lab. But YES you can still work at as a nurse. (If you work as a nurse and catch it from a patinet who they didn't know had it. They aren't going to fire you. So yeah you can get a job)
