Can a recently graduated primary care paramedic get a job as a nurse? |
hi there just wondering if a paramedic can work as a nurse, its just a question out of curiosity? Some states let you challenge the test for Licensed Practical nurse but not for RN. But from one emergency provider to another, think long and hard whether or not you want to do such work which is much slower paced and you have someone looking over your shoulder at all times as opposed to making your own calls within the standing orders. no you have to go through nursing school and you have to get a licesne to be a nurse No, you would need to be licensed by the state to practice as a RN. you cant, you must have a license. |
