Idaho..Work To Right..What right does the employee have if any to maintain our job?

I injuried my shoulder on the job. This is a nursing home and I fell in the shower while helping a resident. (Injury was 1/39/2005...had surgery 8/12/2005). I had to have surgery and I was put on lite duty. Now after this time, my shoulder is healing, however, I do not have the strength that is needed for transfering and helping the residents for their safety and mine. I have been told by my employer that when they receive the paper work from the Doctor, I will be polietly, but promptly escorted out the door and off the property.
I have contacted the Idaho Industrial Commission. However, with the right to work in Idaho, if the employer will not work with me and offer me another position, it is a good thing that I have been looking for other employment already. So bascially we as employees have no rights at all in Idaho, is that right?

It's pretty simple:

If you are not able to do the position that you were hired to do, your employer is able to terminate your employment. There's no reason for him to pay full wages to you when when someone else can do the full job for the same wage. And putting you in a lighter position is kind gesture, employers aren't entitled to do that.

Good luck finding a new job.
