How do you tell your sister in law to get a new job due to the fact that we cant work together with out drama? |
I got her a job at the same nursing home as myself, I am an aide and she is a nurse she is the worst co-worker for all and its making me look bad! she walks around like she is better then every body else and she talks about me her own sister in law behind my back to people i have been associated with for years its awfull please give me advice on how to get her to leave Well, whatever you do, don't stoop to her level. Personally, I think you need to confront her, be honest, don't yell or call her names, and tell her exactly how you feel. If she keeps it up, talk to a supervisor. tell her her presense is making you very uncomfortable, and her gossip is alienating you from other people. I wouldn't stoop to her level if she's like that a question you can put around is......if she talks behind my back so easily she must do it to others....but one thing that you can do is confront her in a meeting with the DON there at the nursing home. I'm sure she probably knows there is tension there between the two of you and would like it to stop as well. |
