I got in trouble with a married man on my job?

I started liking this guy on my job, I know you should not date on the job. Well to make a long story short I find hes married. because he's cool with my boss whom got his wife on job in the same nursing home as us. He still wanted to see me and asK me to be decrete about it. We never had sex, but things got bad and the wife found out and they've been trying to get rid of me every since. I run in to him and he acts as if he still want me. I think his wife notices that. And I've been catching hell ever since. Icant look at a guy in his presence with out looking mad.

You knew he was married. You started flirting with him, playing with him anyway.

What the heck did you think would happen?

You need to straighten out your act and leave this guy alone!
If you can, you might start looking around for another job, before you get canned for some minor violation because you're making it sound like management wants to get rid of you.

Sounds to me like you have an ethics case where he is the one who has a higher responsibility to not fraternize with subordinates. If you have a grievance program with your company they should be able to help. You definately need to tell him with no ifs, ands, or buts that what ever was happening between you two is over now. hope this helps, Greg
