Guys: If you were to interview four nurses for a job, would you go by their experience, or how hot they are??

I have an interview tomorrow and need to know if i should wear a hot outfit and do myself up.

i have nine yrs experience in this field, but i was just wandering what goes thru a guys mind when he is interviewing

Clearly being hot is the more important. Who cares if you kill someone, as long as you look really good doing it.

Alright, honestly; your best bet is to look professional. I don't mean you have to look like a nun, but having too racy of a look can really backfire on you, especially if you aren't interviewed by a guy.

Wear makeup, but keep it light. You want to look attractive without being over the top.
Show a little cleavage or a little leg, but keep the miniskirts and nearly nipple-bearing tops at home.
Just do your best and show what you know, not what you got.
Good luck with your interview.

both

I would go mostly by experience but it always helps to love hot.

Don't wear something too flashy though

both, hot is a +++

I would look for skills, like cut of uniform and sponge bath ability (how hot they can make the water, and where they put the suds).

Qualifications. Attractiveness will help, but any sensible employer will look for the skills needed to do the job.

Both help, look hot but don't show too much skin.

Guys would probably go by hotness, but if it is a female interviewer you may be in trouble if you do not have enough experience.

i dont want nurse who is hot !!
i want a nurse who is good with her job.

experience, ability to perform the job requirements, respectable presentation(well dressed, but not flirtatious)

Depends on the guy, but go wearing something sexy so if its someone that is not so serious, u will stay on his mind..

I would choose by how hot their experience was.

I think, personally, you`d have to go with experience.....
...then say fek it and hire whoevers got the largest ****.

You need to find a common ground, to be honest. You want to show your knowledge, but you also want to look attractive and presentable, since you will be dealing with the patients and their families. However, you don't wanna slut yourself up to a point where it shows you expect to get the job based on your looks alone. A nice pantsuit would work, with a hint of cleavage, and if you have a big chest, a tight shirt.

I would look professional. After all being a nurse is taking care of someones elses loved ones. Give some respect to their organization.

Personally, if I were interviewing a health care professional, I'd be far more interested in the person's credentials. If you need to look "hot" in order to get a nursing job, I feel sorry for you. You're extraordinarily unprofessional.

Both, lol.

Hmm, would you rather have a person who is well trained in the nursing field administer a shot or draw blood, or would you rather have a hot chick administer said shot or draw said blood? BTW - hot chick got a "D" on her exit exams and just graduated nursing school.

How ******* hot they are...sex is a good example of how hospitals work. Then when your birth her baby, you can see her va-jay-jay again...that's just my take on it.

You should dress nice, not slutty. Make yourself as attractive as you can without compromising yourself. If you are qualified then the interviewer should base his decision on your qualifications. If he only wants to hire someone hot do you really want to work there??

Im not a guy but i'll give you my opinion anyway....
i think any one in charge of interviewing a nurse would be mature enough to know that when it is for such a serious position, experience is the definate more important factor. You need to look, neat, clean and presentable of course, but dont try tarty!

IF the hospital cares for its patients and maintains a gud healthcare reputition then experience matters, being hot will jz please the employer not the people u got to work for

experience ONLY! no one wants a hot dipsh!t practicing medicine their children!!!

If the doctors wife works in the office with him, she won't appreciate the hotness. Get the job on your merits

Experience, competence, professionalism. Intentional "hot" clothing would make me question the qualifications of the applicant. I'm hiring a nurse, not a stripper.

If this is a conservative place, you don't want to be too provocative. The point of going to a job interview is to convince the interviewer that you belong in that environment and that you can do the job better then anyone else they've interviewed. Most people who hire medical staff can't afford to go on just looks because if you kill someone they could get sued!

You're asking 'guys' here in YA, not doctors. A good doctor needs a good staff to protect himself from malpractice.

Dress accordingly for an interview. Look nice, not slutty.

.

<Big Grin> I think that would depend if the person is interviewing you to be his nurse or someone elses nurse.

Experience and skills. You can not let something to go wrong with people's medicament or special cares

What kind of experience?

Are you certain the interviewers are male? Wearing something hot might be a detriment if the interviewers are female.
