Isn't it part of a nurse's job to wash her patients' feet if they are stinky?

there are assistive personal to "delegate" those types of duties too, but depending on who the patient is, the nurse might want to do it herself...maybe with a really bristly, scratchy brush that kind of hurts

If there isn't an aid to do the stinky work and the pt. can't... then YESS!

if you're too lazy or have a sexual fetish for feet washing then tough luck.

It's her job to encourage the patient to be as self sufficient as possible. If they do need the help, hopefully the nurse treats her aides well enough they'll want to do it for her.

things like washing and feeding are usually preformed by PCT-patient care techs or LVN- liscensed vocational nurses.
