this is a job description for nurse work in health centre i need to know the meaning of 1-keeps records clean and well organized A patients record is a legal document, thus it is important as a nurse to be able to write legibly & to understand the process of documentation as to not incrimidate yourself nore the facility that you are working at. Furthermore, a nurse's responsibility is to be able to manage multiple situations, thus you must be organized. I would think it means to make sure all important and relevant information is recorded in files in an organized and orderly manner. For example, it might mean making sure appointments are recorded accurately, that test results are added to patient's files, that doctor's notes are transcribed to files if necessary, that computer files are kept up to date, etc. |
