Is there a chance of getting a job in the US for int'l.nursing graduates without passing NCLEX or local board?

you could also consider working as cna ( certified nursing assistant ) which can be called different names in different states. it often is as little as taking 1 test ( less than an hour) if you were already licensed as nurse abroad...it does not pay as well & is tough work but easier to get working & could also do home health care this way which is where you go to peoples ( elderly usually) homes and help with bath, meds, groceries, exercise, etc.... otherwise the nclex is required everywhere in the usa, however each state is different as far as process before you take nclex regarding cgfns & toefl. some states do not require cgfns &/or toefl. i would suggest checking each states board of nursing website ( do search for board of nursing & state name...best of luck

Passing the local board is a REQUIREMENT in every state so you need to pass that before you can ge a nursing job in the US

Note that there are other requirements you need to pass such as

- CGFNS or accreditation of your international academic program
- Test of English Language or TOEFL
- and others depending on the state
