How can i find a better job abroad? I'm a nursing graduate but never take the board exam.?

I'm presently working at the hospital as a Health Maintenance Organization Secretary.
I'm a single parent w/ 2 kids & i want to give them a better future.
I'm planning to work abroad but my budget is not much to apply so i'm hoping i can find help from others.

Take the exam. Most likely you will need to be certified where ever you chose to work.

You must take the board exam. Many countries will not agree to licence you in their own countries, if your own country will not licence you.

Also, as a RN you can have flexibility working anywhere in the world. One year after working as a RN in Iowa, a friend of mine moved to Australia with very little money. She was able to find a job within one week and is now living happily in Sydney. The beauty of being an RN is that there is a worldwide shortage and you can find a job wherever you choose to look.
