Good luck! Usually you have to "know" someone in order to help someone else get a job.

You may check the Peace Corps which is excellent for helping everywhere in places of need. Try a local University, with a Nursing Program, and let them steer you in the right direction.

I prefer South Carolina, especially the Greenville area. They have a good balance in price and quality of life. Maybe Maine or upstate New York - but they are cold in the winter.
