You should take nursing here, as Canada's requirements for nurses is very strict.

I am thinking you are referring to what we call here "nursing assistants". They are required to be licensed, but the licensing requirements are minimal compared to that of nurses, and can be gotten in a few months time.

P.S. other jobs that are in medical establishments but require no certification would possibly listed under "orderly" ... they perform many non-nursing, non-patient care tasks.

No Canadian hospital will hire an unlicensed nurse. There are openings as practical nurses or nurse's aides, but even these require training and certification.
