At one time or the other, I have heard that they use either Vicks or Mentholatum under the nose. They are both strong & that would surely either block the odor at work, or clear your sinus' up. If that isn't what you were looking for, call the Homicide Division in your city, I'm sure they would give you an idea. Good Luck
