I have to write an essay about preceptorship in nursing in relation with performance management.?

I have to discuss the topic from ethical, legal and professional aspects. can any one help?

Looking at the pay rise that Gordon Brown awarded the nurses yesterday, I really wouldn't bother if I were you.

i think u may search in google it is the best place n u may get more information on this topic.so go 4 it.

To be honest with you, at this moment in time a newly qualified nurse is meant to do a certain number of hours of nursing after they have qualified, where I come from, Cornwall, all the newly qualified nurses have been able to get hardly any preceptorship nursing places, due to cut backs, my niece is after a perceptorship place and like so many of her follow students has been unable to obtain one. A preceptorship is for newly qualified nurses, they are appointed a nurse to work alongside with after the student has qualified, the ideal is to give the newly qualified nurse, nursing experience but with another experienced nurse watching over them, during your perceptorship you will get the proper nurses salary.

Put your question in the Ask search engine and got the following.
I hope it helps. :-)
