Can a person with a felony get licensed to practice nursing?

No no no no

Nope. You can't get a nurse license if you've even written a hot check, gotten a PI, etc..., even if all you are wanting is an LVN.

Sorry. You have to pass a State and Federal background checks to be licensed in every state I know about. You could look into it further, but I don't think there's a Board of Nursing out there that would allow a Felon to be licensed. In your next life, don't get convicted of a felony.
