What are the ethics principles in nursing practice? |
I need about nursing ethics in practice.If you are nurse or know about them ,help me. Here's a good article on the main principles of nursing ethics, which are related to concepts of beneficence, non-malificence, autonomy, justice, privacy and confidentiality, etc. Questions like that is why I hate nursing. As a nurse you need to respect as well as know about different cultures. If you are in an emergency situtation you might face an ethical dillema between for example a patient with a lot of money being extremely demanding but not critical and your other patient is critical. Who are you going to help first? Trust me there are a lot of other scenarios that are way more complex than this! Another example of being ethical is with medications. Making sure you are giving your patient the right meds and dosages. If you made a mistake you must report it instead of covering it up. Good luck! |
