What should i do? im bored as HELL?

im going to be in the hospital for at least another couple of months. (treatment for anorexia, also im having surgery becacuse of complications) whatever that's not the big deal.

im just sooo damn bored.
all i do all day is sit in my stupid hospital bed and watch soap operas. im allowed to have my computer because im doing well in treatment, but still. it gets boring.

doctors and nurses are constantly coming in and out. i have a lot of IVs that are "feeding me..."(gross...i know) and oxygen and all of this dumb sh!t. so, i am pretty limited to what i can do.

any suggestions?
i've completely worn out facebook.
and yahoo answers is also getting boring.
you can only read so many problems.

other than like handheld games and being on the computer...what can i do to...
1. stop being so damn bored
2. get distracted from how f*cking ANXIOUS i am...im having surgerys and this whole process is scary.

help. please. this is HELL

Read novels. Any novels. Read History books, any history books. Pick a topic, research it to death on the web and then get someone to get you every book on that subject they can find and become an expert on it. In other words find a project, I don't care if you are interested in it or not. But find it and become the worlds leading authority on it.

You can talk to me! :)

ask for some marinol its basically weed in a pill, it will not only make things more interesting but will increase your apetite drastically.

First of all im happy to hear that your getting better and your on a road of recovery of your anorexia. Second, do you like writing or art? If so do some of that. Its amazing what can come out of your mind when you write and what meaningful pictures can be penciled or painted. Im a musician and when im bored i relax an dplay guitar and write lyrics. Find somthing fun that doesnt take much to do. Chat programs (facebook, etc) lose their fun after a while i know you gotta bring it old school and do somthing completely different and see how that goes.

Good luck and take care!!
