Is there anyone over 30 who plays DDR for fitness?

Tell me your story! Here is mine: I'm 33, the mother of 6 kids, and I've been playing DDR since summer, when my husband and daughter bought a PS2 and a few used DDR games to start with. My favorites are now Extreme 2 and Supernova, although a lot of the moves on Supernova have been difficult for me to get used to. I've also injured myself a few times, trying to play songs at levels that I wasn't ready for yet. Right now I can do 5-footers and most 6-footers. "Dance Dance" on Supernova kicks my butt, although I can sometimes get a B on it. LOL

Anyway, I lost 10 pounds so far by trying to play at least a half hour of DDR a day, and cutting processed, greasy, and sugary foods out of my diet. I have about 30 pounds to go. I think I could have lost more, except I'm nursing a baby so I still eat a LOT because I get hungry very quickly. ;)

Thanks, but I'm not going to try any diet pills or things like that. In my experience, eating right and exercising does work, at least for me. Just wanted to know if anyone else has tried exercising with DDR, because it's fun! :)

I'm not over 30 but I love DDR, and have not met anyone who can beat me.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills... . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
