I want to go and live in Canada/Quebec, me and my complete familly. So how can I process?

I am Graduate in data Procvessing and my wife is a Nurse.

Here's the 5 steps involved in immigration to Quebec under the provincial nomination program (much faster then the federal one)

If you qualify you'll receive a Certificate of Selection which you take to the embassy to obtain your immigrant visa (the embassy does the medical and security checks)

As a nurse your wife should have no issues at all to find employment in Quebec. Ask her future employer to provide for the work visa for her. Move to Canada, apply for Landed Immigrant from inside.
Work visa take maximum 4 weeks to get if the employer takes proper care.
