How difficult is a Pharmacology test for nursing?

I am in the process to apply into nursing, I need to pass a pharmacology test with 90%. It sounds very hard to get a 90. How difficult it is for a nurse?

They usually are not that hard. Calculate a drip rate, answer questions like "the md ordered 12.5 mg of phenergan it come in 25 mg/1 cc concentration. How much will you give?"
What kind of insulin can be given IV? Ms. So-and-so can't swallow her pills. what do you do?
