Help on nursing process?

Pls help me in coming up with a nursing situation where I could apply "objective, refelctive, interpretation and decision"
in the nursing process.

It's been a while since I was in school and this isn't how we phrased what we were looking at, so if I get this half asses backward, please take it in the spirit of helpfulness.

By objective, do you mean a goal or objective information, such fever. Reflective is thought of is it steps considered for a goal...

OK I'm stumped. I feel like when I tried to help my kid with math and they don't do numbers like they use to.

My old fashion way, i would decide what I wanted for my patient, say, with pneumonia. my objective would be a description of what my healthy pt. would no longer have. My patient will have reduced infection, reducted weakness and adaqute oxygenation.
Reflective would be a list of things I would do to work toward that such as rest, hydration, abx, nebulizer tx. Interp is either deciding which to use and why or is it deciding if what we are doing is working such as check labs, lack of fever, improved o2 sats, improved breath sound, statements of improves energy from pt.. Decision would be which intervention i would wish to continue. i don't know.
Are you paying good money to let these people torture you like this?
