What is the typical annual salary for these certain professions in Egypt?

At a rough estimate around a quarter of the salary that you would earn in the same professional employment in the U.S.A.
A charge nurse in Australia would receive around $1800-2,000 per fortnight after tax, while here it's around 600 L.E. for the same hours and same responsibility.
Do an check on the exchange rate of the U.S. dollar to the Australian and you will get a clearer picture.
But no matter which way you look at it professionals here are grossly underpaid as is the case with all types of employment even considering it is considerably cheaper to live in Egypt.
I know it is so very wrong and should be amended.
But unfortunately I cannot foresee any changes while the present government of Egypt remains so firmly entrenched.
