Are there Philipino nurses in the Philippines looking for a job?

I am wondering how many people with medical professions who want to come to the states and work? This isn't really an offer just a statistical analysis to see if I can open a business

i'm not a nurse and i'm not even in the philippines. but i'm very sure - 100% sure - that should you decide to go into recruitment business, then you'd have tons and tons of clients. good luck!

pls. be aware, however, that there is a recruitment "freeze" for foreign nurses. right now, it is particularly hard to secure working visas for nurses unless it's direct hiring by the prospective employers. know too that US enrollment for nursing and related health professions have increased dramatically since 2001. so sometime in the future, the USA "might" have sufficient manpower pool to take care of its own nursing requirements and heavy reliance on foreign nurses will most likely decline.

Yeah of course. Out of 10 nurses, 8 would prefer to go abroad.

a yes a whole lot! like almost all schools offer nursing now, new schools are opening specially offer nursing, many are taking board exam, nclex, cgfns, and all other exams to qualify them... a whole lot would apply i think and they are qualified! good luck!

Yes, there are so many nurses. One of them is my neice and a neighbor, their qualifying exam for English Second Language proficiency Exam was not approved yet. Most Filipino nurses in Saudi Arabia prefers to go to the USA if allowed.

yap theres alot of newly grad and post grad that are still unemployed.. I dont know where the Idea came from When I heared from the news that nurses now a days are lacking here in the Philippines because of the hug number of nursing community going abrod. But, if you will in observe and only seen the reality that there is a big population of nursing that doesnt a job yet. So sad..but true..Qualification in going abrod is experience..right?but Before you can enter in the hospital for a job, other institution demanding to pay them for you to become a volunteer just to get clinical or hospital experience and then training without pay before they decide whether they will hire you or not. What if your parents can affort already the 10000 pesos for your training. Please! have someone help the unemployed nursing community.thanks!
