I have a hw assignment to interview an expert in my chosen field in order to learn more about the day to day activities in this chosen profession. I am going to interview my mother in law who works as a practice manager but also as a nurse manager and sometimes as a front desk person...what could be some questions I could ask her?

2.does it give yoi a sense of fulfillment?
3.what are some of the common problem
you encounter at work?
How do overcome it??
4. do you enjoy what you do??
