Back Stabber?

I had this conversation with my aunt while we were in the ICU visiting grandpa. She started talking about the nurse staff and how cute their uniforms are. Then I told her , it is a great profession(complementing my couson's course in college). She then disaproves of what I said and told me "It's faith that matters of what will be your destiny" . I then replied," Yeh, but you have to do something in order to reap what you sow" She continued in her speech and told me I would realize the truth when I got older. She just get deep with the topic. She's not even concern we're in the ICU with a sick person. She defends herself for what she believes. I respect her beliefs but to push me over and over to believe her wouldn't be intelligent for me. Now she ignores me and even search for alliance. Alliance like her children and another aunt..What's is the matter with her? HELP! P.S. Grandpa went through a heart attack because of her. She relies to grandpa on their famliy needs(house food all)

I dont really understand this and i think you might of left out some important details because it doesnt really make sense.

It sounds like your aunt is one of those pushy believers. I don't think it would be wise to talk to her just yet. Perhaps the best step is to find out from other relatives if she suffering from stress or if it happens often with them as well. Then it would be easier to talk to your aunt because you understand her slightly better. It's better than going up to her and creating a random conversation that may end in a feud.

Go talk to her and ask her what is with her. WHy don't you get your mom, dad, and your cousin who's in college? I think your aunt is a bit silly to over react on such lil things.
