Fibromyalgia. What helps you?

I was diagnosed in 1991. I've seen several doctors- allergist, neurologist, internist, chiropractor, acupuncture, etc. I've been on many different antidepressants over the years. I currently take Lyrica and Effexor XR. Also Tylenol and Aleve. I am currently working with a good psychiatrist to find what will best help medication wise. My pain is pretty well controled. The fatigue and brain fog are my major frustrations. It's clear to me that the medical profession really has no clue concerning this condition. I retired from my career as a nurse three years ago. I finally realized in wasn't safe for me to practice with my diminished mental capacity.
Anyway, I'd be happy to hear of anything that you have found helpful. Thanks in advance for your efforts.

Massage has been of the greatest help to me.. Its painful, but I am not able to take most of the usual drugs used. Heat, cold & massage are my tools..

have u heard about transfer factor? Dr.Rob has design a program called fibro free , I know a friend tried it before and she feels much better now without need to take any drug , there is a video at youtube channel you can watch regarding this program

I hope this will help you
