Is anyone here a Trauma Nurse? |
I maybe want to become a trauma nurse but im not sure. I want to do some research on the profession. Hello there, I am a registered Nurse and am located in Australia. I am not sure where you are, but here we must become Registered Nurses first through a university such as Monash University. www.monash.edu.au , and then do a graduate year ( one year experience working), then go on to do a post graduate certificate in critical care or emergency etc. The post graduate degrees are usualy done part time over two years, and during that time you work in trauma or your desired field whilst doing the course. There are soo many options available now. I am sure this is probably similar if your in the U.S |
