Its Exhausting Constantly Worryinng About Your Health From The TIme You Get Up Till Bed Time?

Everytday the first thing on my mind is that what is going to happen today .Do I feel ok? Will I make it throught the day again ,is my heart beating too fast or too slow?Is that an artery that i feel here or there ,Is that pain a blood clot?Is that sensation normal from not moving that much over a period of time .Why did I get out of breath so easy .My head feels funny is that sinus or tumor .Is there a reason that my eyes are blurry a little or is just from waking.Am I breathing ok?Why is my neck hurting .The questions are endless and its just exhusting .I dont want to do this anymore.I have been told by several doctors including nurses that have been in the profession there is nothing wrong with me.I need to quit focusing on myself.God knows I try and i do look at other things and try to help others instead of looking in on myself that helps but it doesnt take care of enough.i hate this so much and dont want to live this way .Is there a way to shut worry off?

Drink some beer and relax, it works for me...
after seeing some of my family 250lbs++ smoke for couple of decades i realized, If I'm going to die I'm going to die. I'm in alot healthier shape than they are..My brother who was 22 was hit by a women on his motorcycle, he unfortunately didn't make it.. He would have outlived everyone as he was the youngest and healthiest. YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY!!! Everybody dies, some die b4 others. but in the end we will all die!!Do not be afraid of it..everyone who has ever lived before you has died..ITS NATURAL.. Do something you like to do to take your mind off your hypochondria..

It sounds like you need to speak with a counselor about this problem. check with your local mental health agency where they can help you determine what is going on.

It is not normal to worry constantly and it to over take your life. There is help out there. It may also help to talk to someone you trust like a friend family member or clergy person.

It sounds like you maybe having anxiety attacks, but you need to see a counselor or someone who can examine you to know for sure.

I had to go to different doctors to finally get the answers I needed and I was told the same thing untill I started going to a counselor and got the help I needed.

There are things you can do and there is help out there, dont stop untill you get it.

It may help if you want more information to look up anxiety attacks on the internet to see if this may possibly be some symptoms you are having. good luck.

Maybe you need to see a shrink or a counselor who can find out the underlying cause of your problem and help you modify the way your brain thinks.
