How would you define military nursing as a profession? |
How would you define military nursing as a profession? Wow, you can really make this position shine on your resume. Did you ever deploy? Go TDY? Assist in setting up and operating an Air Transportable Hospital? Serve in combat? Supervise a team of nurses or nurse technicians? Basically, define your job duties as a nurse, but also stress that you are great at "Performance Management" (i.e. all military personnel are), scheduling, supervising, conflict resolution, perform well under pressure, and have strong organizational skills. |
