Legal ethics in relation to a nursing profession? Not sure what you are referring to. HIPPA? Duty to act? There are lots of areas that have legal ramifications in nursing care. Are you speaking in realtion to the nurse/ patient realtionship? How the nurse must take care of the patient because of the legal bond she has to the Patient while the patients is in her care. |
