Brain drain in nursing profession?

if you are talking about india yes there are many nursing schools and students from there are trying to move west as nurses are in shortage there. you can call it brain drain. because we pay fot their traing and west gets advantage. for so many years doctors and engineers on tax payers money have been moving in western country and india lacks them.

funny isnt it that they make so much noise for low paid out sourced jobs but they do not mind if they get skilled proffessionals for free for so many years.

yeah, but its getting better.
alot more students want to do it, but alot less can keep up with it.
once they find out how rigorous and demading it is. academically and socially.
