What PDA can you recommend for nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals?

guys...I really have no idea about PDAs but according to my friends it is really helpful around the hospital and I want to have one. Can it read microsoft word or powerpoint? where do I get the programs for it? sorry guys I have really no idea on this...

I have been looking at them recently and look at palm pilots or pocket PCs.

I am personally going to go with a pocket PC that has internet access and a phone. It will combine them all in one and this way I am not carrying around a lot of gadgets.

All palm pilots and pocket PCs will read word and PowerPoint. I have a Palm Pilot now and it reads Microsoft word and PowerPoint, but I have found pocket PCs more useful now. A lot have a slide out keyboard and they are more "Microsoft friendly". That is not necessarily a good thing depending on your computer preference.
