Whats a good way for me to slim down and get back in shape after the birth of my second child.?

2 babies in less than 3 years will wreak havoc on your figure! I am carrying around about 60 extra lbs that i need to lose and would like to lose a total of 80. Im starting to having back and legs problems because of it. Im a nursing mother so i cant take any weight loss drugs. I dont want to lose weight really fast but lose 7 to 10lbs a month. what a good kid friendly exercise program? Ive already cut out the junk food, soda, and fried foods. Thanks a lot!

As a mother of 2 within two years I feel ya. I am nursing as well. I find that drinking hot tea when I feel hungry works for some of those hunger pangs. Do you have a double stroller that you can take them walking with you? Exercise and a modified diet for a regular amount of time will help with weight loss. You just have to stick with it, working out once a week is not regular, keep with a program, stick to it and you will see results. Results are not immediate either, it takes time to lose the weight as it took 9 months to get that way. Studies say that it takes up to 2 years for your body to go back to normal after having a child (not weight either, just your body if that makes sense). Weight watchers is a great program for dieting. While nursing you can have up to 22 points a day. You just have to eat the correct foods. Good luck.

try stroller fit see www.strollerfit.com to see if there is a program near you

you shpuld not have a problem with that because even my mother gain weight because of my younger bro. all you have to do is to control your food just a cup of rise every dinner..
