Going to nursiing school then medical school?

anyone know of any programs for an easy transition from nursing school to Medical School?

I don't know of any. I attended nursing school (B.S. Program), but made certain that the courses I took were NOT for only allied health students or nursing majors. I took the courses that satisfied the nursing program requirement, and also the medical school entrance requirement. For example, there was a course Physics for Allied Health, which was for nursing and other non-pre-med majors. Instead of that, I took General Physics 1 and 2. It satisfied the nursing department requirement and also was a medical school prerequisite. Instead of the Anatomy and Physiology for nursing majors, I took the higher level course for pre-med. Again, it applied to my nursing degree but also satisfied a pre-med requirement. Etc. with microbiology and several other courses.

It's best to see what the specific requirements might be for the medical school you would apply to. My medical school, for example, required embryology and calculus. Some others had different requirements. You can often postpone a specific required course until you've been accepted to medical school, and then take it the summer before you start.
