I got computer programming skills, will it be of use when I become a nurse?

I graduated in computer engineering but I want to proceed to nursing.

That's great! You're multiskilled! You'll be able to create programs to help the hospital/clinic/patients if you can fit that in. And being in the nursing profession, you would be able to understand/see a lot of things that regular programmers wouldn't and incorporate that into the programs. I hope you'll get the opportunity to do it.

pheraps you can combine the 2 make it into one write prograns that you can use in you work around clinic . or do things like makeing a programs which helps yous patients mamage their meds and health.,
do what you do be innovative and love what you do

that would be two different skills, proceed to nursing, finish the degree...
....keep the programming in the sidetrack so that you can make use of what you finished
... get a part-time job to use your computer skills
...with all the luxury of getting yourself into school again, money-wise and time-friendly, it's good to pursue a second course as long as you put your heart and soul to it, nothing will go wrong.

Best wishes.
